Update: This issue has now been resolved, if having any concerns still please contact us right away.
Some users were impacted by the attempt by our provider to port over some of the emails from May 14th to May 17th time frame from old server to the new one, and they made an error and it doubled the disk space usage for some accounts. Their team is working on this issue and come up with a plan of action, but in the meanwhile I have gone ahead and increased the disk space for the accounts impacted. Please note we will be bumping all the accounts disk space and bandwidth limits in the next month. It is unfortunate that this occurred and some clients had not mail availability for almost a day or two. Please report and submit a ticket right away if there are still some ongoing pending issues, while we work with our provider to fix this error.
