  • We have decided to move away to a new provider, to a much better server. The server will come with more storage and will be SSD instead of HDD and will have 64 GB of RAM (current server is 16 GB) and faster gigabit connectivity (current server is 100Mbs) and much higher bandwidth cap as well, so sites performance should be much better and also allow us to provide more storage and bandwidth per site/account.

  • Update: This issue has now been resolved, if having any concerns still please contact us right away. Some users were impacted by the attempt by our provider to port over some of the emails from May 14th to May 17th time frame from old server to the new one, and they made an error and it doubled the disk space usage for some accounts. Their team is working on this issue and come up with a plan of action, but in the meanwhile I have gone ahead and increased the disk space for the accounts impacted. Please note we will be bumping all the accounts disk space and bandwidth limits in the next month. It is unfortunate that this occurred and some clients had not mail availability for almost a day or two. Please report and submit a ticket right away if there are still some ongoing pending issues, while we work with our provider to fix this error. Once again sorry for the inconvenience this has caused some of our clients.

  • Server is being upgraded and additional storage, ram and cpu will give us the opportunity to increase the existing and new clients storage and bandwidth limits to double or triple depending on the plans we currently have. Upgrade will happen prior to this weekend (if not prior will take place on the weekend) so please do not worry if you notice your site being offline. However, we strongly urge everyone to make complete backups of their sites and keep a copy with them, we are hoping for minimum downtime and no data loss. So, please make sure you have backups of your sites.

  • We have successfully restored older copy of certain tables because developers were not sure which tables were corrupt. The copy if from July 2, 2011. We have however imported recent invoices,tickets and announcements and notes tables so your accounts should not be impacted.   • We have weird bug pop into our billing system so we will be rolling back the system to a state when it worked and products showed up for clients. We will be doing parallel install of the system and try to merge database but we are not sure if we will have any success. So those clients that signed up with us within the last 2- 3 months might be affected. So if you see error messages in billing system or it being down please bear with us. We are hoping things will go smooth. Regards

  • The billing system is having some issues displaying the products that you currently have with us. The invoicing and ordering system is working but in your profile you will not be able to see your products. We are getting support from company responsible for the script and will update if situation changes. If there are un-paid invoices please proceed to pay them else system will suspend your account, we believe the service responsible for un-suspending your account after late invoices have been paid is offline so if you have made the payment for late invoice and your site is suspended please open a ticket.   • Server scanned and several sites found to be infected and need attention asap. Those impacted need to change their passwords and ensure strong passwords are used, to prevent further hacking of their websites. If no action is taken you might see your sites offline/hacked etc..

  • [SOLVED] Problem mentioned below has been rectified and rvskins themes can now be used again. Hi, If you are seeing following error when logging in to your cpanel using yoursite.com/cpanel or a1whs.com/cpanel. We were made aware of the same and are working towards fixing the error. Will post an update when it has been fixed. Error : [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] UPDATE: We have switched all the users to Cpanels default theme X3 please do not switch to RvSkins like rvblue, rvgreen etc. till the RvSkins related bug is resovled. Will post another announcement here when issue has been resolved.

  • Seems like there is a bug with RvSkins or Fantastico they do not like to work together or something we have opened a ticket with RvSkins about the same, so for those of you trying to use Fantastico to install scripts please switch to Cpanels Default X themes and you will be able to use Fantastico to the fullest without errors.
